Sadly I am not allowed to work during lockdown so I am using this time to practice what I preach.
I'm enjoying time with the horses and our new retired greyhound. I'm immersing myself in nature and learning more about meditation and coaching.
When this pandemic is over I hope to be fully refreshed and able to support many more people on their journey to wellness.
